Hi, thanks for stopping back by, I like to order butters from all over the place, I ordered some from the site from nature with love(http://www.fromnaturewithlove.com/), I ordered a butter sample of 6 which lasted a long time , then I ordered from garden of wisdom(http://www.gardenofwisdom.com/home.html) as well as the site crapapplesoap(http://www.crabapplesoap.com/)

Thanks for visiting! I use the technique in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pjdcJIKIRjg I sleep in a satin cap and on a satin pillowcase (in case the cap comes off). I don't separate the coils until week two. For the first week I usually take off the cap a shake (no water, no product).
