Hey! I didn't know you BCed CONGRATS! Why did you decide to transition anyway? I was gonna message you on the boards but there was no option there :( Anyways good luck with the hair growing, you seem to be gaining length like noones business anyway I think you'll see APL before the year is out.

I only texlaxed my hair for the summer to be able to keep it straight longer and always just let it grow out during the winter so I felt it made no sense and that I should just go natural. This is the usual amount of hair I would get during my stretches. Plus my texlaxed hair had maintained its ultimate thickness and it was still too thin. My natural hair is super thick and I love it, plus I wanted curly hair. I hope I can make APL by Jan 1, 08 but somewhere real close would make me happy:)

Hi MissFallon I haven't looked at any of your pictures yet but I was reading about your frustration on BHM in the growth section. I just wanted to tell you not to give up. Since you are transitioning growth isn't going to be as noticable since you aren't relaxing your new growth anymore. Shrinkage can be a B!TCH but it just comes with the territory. I am transitioning too but I don't know how long my hair is cause I have braids.
