The humectant was'nt all that good to me,I've only used it once maby when I try it again (hopefully) it might be different, I so wanted to like it.....The IC is one of my favorite deep conditioners next to motions they both make detangeling a breeze I love deep conditioners I just can't find that much of a selection.....
The hairstyle you asked about I got done at the WalMart salon for like 25 bucks all he did was fingerwave the front and then i sat under the dryer and he crimped the back.
Do you know if theres anywhere else to purchase this in-store? Or any product that is chock full of it besides Sulfur 8? _______________________________
Sorry, don't know where you can purchase sulfur powder in stores, just the internet although Im sure they probably have it at a chemical supply store. be sure that if you do purchase sulfur powder that it is sublimed sulfur, milk of sulfur, flower of sulfur, and/or precipitated sulfur. anything else is not safe to use topically or internally. MTG, which can be purchased at an equestrian center has a lot of sulfur in it and a lot of women oil their scalp with it to acheive extra growth and it works (i heard it stinks). You can also try Mega-tek, another favorite of some women who are achieving extra growth. Mega-tek can also be bought at an equestrian center. Be sure that if your using Mega-tek that your taking hair vitamins or garlic supplements and/or doing garlic treatments because the mega-tek will cause your hair to shed. there are some oil recipes that I saved from hair forums that women are achieving growth with. if you want the recipe(really simple) send me a message. all of the ingredients can be bought at the supermarket. ever heard of ayurvedic haircare? again, another way to achieve growth and healthy hair.
This is how i achieve my growth: I keep my hair in braids for about 2months at a time and while in braids i use a combination of growth/products---- Surge plus 14, doo gro oil, sulfur and aphogee leave in conditioner. I also was my braids weekly and D.C. with olive oil replenishing pack. I got a lot of growth but my ends are soo damaged from dying it, but i refuse to cut them lol.
thanks for the tips!!! i never really know what to buy for my hair, but to answer your question that flat iron does sizzle if you flat iron it while wet but i read somewhere that you really shouldn't use any flat iron on wet hair so i just let it air dry and i'll set it on 18. but if i'm just using it on a regular day then i set it on 13.
and pink oil moisturizer i didn't really use. that was just like once because we didn't have any other hair moisturizer in the house. i actually bought the garnier sleek & shine. but what i wanted to ask you was do you know where i can find that extra virgin coconut oil because i don't know where to find it. i bought this one coconut oil but when i got home and read the ingredients the first thing i said was mineral oil!!!lol but do you know where to find any??
