Chick thanks for being an inspiration. You look fanastic. I stopped perming my hair in Nov 2008. It has been a real challenge trying to style my hair when it is not in braids. Thank you so much for sharing the products you use because it helps so many of us on our journey to maintaining our natural hair. Your video on u tube helps to restore our confidence in being natural a black woman is truely beautiful. I can see with perservance I will get there in the end. To all my other sisters on this journey DO NOT GIVE UP. Megan is a babe and she has shown us so many possibilites of styling our hair without chemicals. God Bless you sis for your generosity.

Thank you so much for posting your photos and videos. I am currently transitioning from relaxed to natural. March 7, 2009 was the day I got my last relaxer. I know it has not been that long but I will continue to see my hair through. I have about 3/4 inch of new growth. How long do you think I should wait before BC?

I really enjoyed your album. I am currently transitioning with kinky twist, which I plan on taking out in two weeks. I guess I will get micro braids next, but I'm not sure how long I should transition. I The last perm I had was January of this year. My question is, How long did you transition?

While viewing your youtube segment and your blog here I see that you have inspired alot of women to continue and enjoy their natural hair journey. I too was inspired and as a result I am about to do the big chop. I have been in transition for 3 months now and I've decided to cut the rest of the perm out. My reason for going natural is to try to correct years of damage. I am also embracing the beautiful hair GOD gave me. Thanks for the inspiration. Great blog!
