Dear Mr Mike Hensley, My name is Matt, and I am 42 years old and live in Fremont Ohio. I some how came to this site and spent at least a couple hours "transfixed" on your "fantastic Plastic -creations".Iam finally trying to get back to building models,I started when I was about 6,and due to life and family/ect.,I haven't built anything in years until about a month ago,I started a wicked 60 sedan delivery gasser car, that I hope to be done with in a couple months. your models are truly inspiring/and AWESOME!Also your photo's are really great too! Thanks for sharing your "obvious passion for plastic" with us. YOU SIR, ARE A MODEL CAR Messiah! Thanks! Matt Huff
Hey Mike, thanks for stopping by to look at my site.I really enjoy fotki and the friends I've made.I know some fellow local Fotki members as well.I really enjoy looking at your models and photos.I added you as a friend.Take care dude.
I was looking at your NNL pictures again and found another one of my cars you got a picture of #89. The Austin coupe. Great Shot! Is it OK if I could use that picture of it in my photo album?
I looked this morning on drastic plastic and was surprised to see you had posted about the NNL East. I was there all day saturday, even wore the club shirt and could not find anyone else from the group. Would of been intrested in talking to you. Your Number 35 is a picture of one of my enties.
God willing I will be at the Toledo NNL in October. I really havent gotten to many model shows since I dont have much free time right now. Maybe in the future
Great models, I really enjoyed the promod nova in progress. I am working on one also but have not been able to get it to sit as low as yours even when I redid the suspension so the tires hit the top of the fenders.
No model building tomorrow.Opening day of football and the Redskins-Giants game is going to be televised down here,so it will be tailgate party time at my house for the game,Go SKINS!!
Mike---I have enjoyed your pictures for the last couple hours. I have built a few models in the past, but not much in the last two years. Trying my best to start again. I noticed Ricky Couch's Corvette in your pictures, I remember that just above the time he finished that one I purchased him a 'vette again kit---he could not believe that they issued that kit. I also grew up in Pulaski, Va, moved to SC in 1975. Keep sharing your pictures and your well built models and I will continue to enjoy your site---Thanks again-----Jerel Wolfe
Well I know this is not model related, but I sure hope the Skins can get off to a good start with an upset over the Giants.Since it is a nationally televised game,I get to watch it down here in sunny Florida. GO SKINS!!!
Thanks for posting the photos of the NNL East on here for all of us that could not go, see such great work laid out on display. Some great stufff there.
