Mrs. Lancaster, I noticed your ad in the Chilhowee Baptist Messenger for a give away upright piano w/bench and a Kimball Shangri-La organ w/bench. Wildwood Baptist Church needs a piano as the current piano is worn out. Our Organ, a Hammond, is about to go. Currently we have a amplifier that enhances the sound, but that is what is going out and it cannot be replaced, also, when the amp. goes, the organ will not produce sound. We cannot afford a new system Would we be able to see and test the piano and organ? .The picture of the Organ looks in perfect condition. For a Sanctuary, how would the volume and sound be? I am Lois Davis and you can reach me at 865-984-2545 or email wildwoodbaptistchurch@hotmail.com.
HI Lillian, I am so glad to have visited with you and Aunt Ruby, Uncle Sam and Leanna. Looking forward to find your genealogy on Fotki. Keep in touch! :) Suzanne
Hi Lil. I have just added you to my Fotki Friends List and I am looking forward to looking at your albums. I invite you to also visit my albums here at Fotki. Congrats to you for beating your cancer and I pray for your husband. I had a scare last year when they found a lump in my breast, but that God it was benign.
It's great to hear that things are progressing so well. We know he's not out of the woods yet, but all progress is good progress - you must be so pleased. He sounds like a real fighter.
The human spirit has amazing strength when faced with what often seems insurmountable challenges - and sharing your story the way you have provides inspiration for the rest of us.
Good luck and may God continue to bless the both of you.
Glad you came upon my site... and so glad you enjoyed the tags... I will make sure to make more Liane tags for your daughter in the future...
I am sorry about your husband... life brings us all kinds of surprises... and I am sure you have heard all kinds of sentiments from friends and loved ones, but I want to add mine and tell you that I will have you and your family in my thoughts and prayers in this time of difficulties. I have had my share and have learned to look to the half side full of the "half-full-cup" in life... we really do not have "eternity" in this flesh but our spirits are eternal... one day or another we are confronted with this thought and it is very hard... believe me... but we do not know what the future holds... and I am sure that I will be praying that angels guard and protect you and yours in this time of need.
Please keep me posted... and visit anytime.
Thank you for your lovely words... I appreciate them. When you have a chance you should read my posts in my "Journals" here at Fotki and also at my Blog in my MySpace (www.myspace.com/kutejay and the email I use there is vanyajeanne@aol.com). It is some of the accounts of the things I am going thru... and I am writing it to help others that can go thru problems and feel so depressed like I did...
Have a GREAT day..., xoxo, Jay (Vanya Jeanne Stokes)
