Hi LJ! In response to your Aug album, I would recommend co-washing more and clarifying at least twice a week. To clarify I use rhassoul clay mixed with coconut milk then add the hot water. I order mines fromnaturewithlove.com. This works wonders for my hair texture!!! It is high in silica which is important for healthy hair. I call it a natural silicon but better. Even if you don't use the clay for clarifying I would say give it a try to for definition. AND the clay is excellent for facial to clear up zits! A two for one!!! HTH!

You asked about the B5 gel...... ******************************************************************* I apply about a dime size amount to each section of my hair....not my entire head. LOL! (I believe my hair would laugh at anything less.)I put my hair in about 6 to 8 sections. I think your hair has to be cleaned with a shampoo 1st otherwise it will flake. I use whatever sulfate free shampoo I have on hand.

How often do you do Zhara's detox? I just did my 2nd one (the first was back in April - I think). Anyway, I love how it makes my hair and scalp feel. Have you tried her growth tea?
