Hey Lina, it's good to hear from you. I have not been very active with my fotki album lately but I did big chop again, long story! Starting all over again this year with my hair journey. I am actually back to neck length. I sure hope everything is okay with you as well.

I don't any of the above - no blowouts, no flat ironing, no heat of any kind. I like my hair hidden during this stretch. The only thing I really do with it is protective style it. I use wigs, braids, and I bun it on occasion with a phoney poney. That's about it. I feel that the use of too much heat will cause me to lose progress and I really don't want that.

ETA: The heat protectant of choice for me is Joico K-Pak Protect & Shine Serum. Before this I was using Chi Silk Infusion when I was actively using some heat on my hair. I might consider using some heat on it for my next cut next month. I can't wait to see how it looks. I haven't seen my hair stretched out in a few months.
