Hello Luc! Thank you for your comments. Glad to see you on my page in the future again. This photo is not HDR, only light adjustment in photoshop Have a good day! Roman
Luc, thank you for your message and comments. It is always an enjoyable thing to view your shot, a lot to learn. I have been lazy laterly, havn't touch my camera for a while. I got to catch up when the holiday season is coming. Have a great week too. -Surrener
By the way, Did you use long lens or you stand really close when you took the stage photos? They are professional.
Luc, I am always pleased to see when you have stopped by. Thank you once again for the kind comments, even the one of my daughter LOL. She was so pleased to be in my lens. I will be posting some pictures of our trip to Turkey Run stated park soon. My girls and I made good use of the trails and I took the time to snap some photos. Still learning my controls and learned a good lesson that day. If you buy that lens hood and you don't use it you have only yourself to blame.

Thanks for sharing the magnificent pictures of the Shriner's International Circus show. I felt like I was almost in attendance. You take such wonderful shots of all your subjects.
The Shriner's organization has always been an outstanding group---not only for their fabulous entertaining shows, but for all the miraculous surgeries and special medical treatments which they have provided to youth worldwide.
My first husband has been The Grand Master of his Lodge three times, as well as helped to organize and get under way a new Lodge in the county where we resided in Richmond, Virginia. I always enjoyed attending the various functions to which the families were invited. But the most important thing is the fact that anywhere you go in the world---except the Middle East---you will always find and/or have a friend.
I can recall several occasions when my ex-husband and I were on vacation in various parts of the states and required emergency services. On each occasion, it was a Mason or Shriner who came to the rescue; and we remained friends throughout the years. To this very day, I never caught on to the special hand signs, wink of the eye---or whatever---that would be shared between the two brothers. It was always a secure feeling knowing that wherever you might travel, there would always be someone along the way to lend a helping hand when in need.
Once again, dearest Luc, thank you for sharing these amazing pictures, as well as bringing back some fond memories of yesteryear. By the way, those white Liberty horses are breathtaking. I can only imagine how beautiful they must have been to see in person and close up.
I just wanted to stop by and wish you a beautiful weekend. The weather here in Ottawa this past week has been more like spring---with lots of beautiful sunshine and temperatures in the low 60's. I hope you have enjoyed the same in your neck of the woods this week.
I think our beautiful days are numbered, however, as the cooler weather will be returning permanently by the early part of next week. In spite of the gorgeous climate, I was not able to get out and enjoy it. Due to my Fibromyalgia and chronic Rheumatoid Arthritis, along with the daily threats of flu and H1N1, I didn't want to run the risk of becoming ill with either of these viruses. It always takes me about 10 times longer to recover from any illness than it does the normal human being.
Hopefully I will be getting my vaccine injections by the end of next week---that is provided they are available. One never knows from one day to the next what the true picture is regarding the H1N1 vaccine. And I think it's an absolute disgrace the way several of the hockey teams jumped que ahead of the thousands who had stood in line for hours---along with their small children---only to be turned away at the end of the day. It appears the powers-that-be didn't do a very good job of planning ahead for the H1N1 vaccination of millions of individuals nationwide.
I recall having to go through the swine flu vaccination in the mid-70's when I worked at the Medical College of Virginia Hospital. It took three days to inject 30,000 university employees---not including an equal number of full-time students. As health-care providers, we were not given the choice of whether or not we wanted the vaccine---unless, of course, we were allergic to something in the formula.
Stay well, dearest Luc. In the meantime, I hope your days will be filled with lots of sunshine and happiness.
