Consider yourself a member of the smoothie challenge :) I havent posted in a little while, but I am still actively doing the smoothie run -- I hope to post more recipes this month. Come on in!
hey there - this DC that I posted in my journal is cool, but after reviewing my henna-brahmi gloss recipe, I have decided to only use yogurt for all my henna-related treatments.. I also found this DC to still be a little protein heavy for my hair post-henna, but maybe my hair was dry because I used Karishma henna as my gloss and it already had ayurvedic powders in it (shikakai, amla, and other stuff). So next time when I do a gloss it will be with Jamila only. But now that I will be using yogurt as my henna base I think I shouldnt have any problems anymore.
if youre in the midwest I have henna galore -- let me know what type you prefer and I can get it to you via paypal.
