Thank you so much for giving me one of the many votes that helped me get 1st place in the night shot contest.
When I submitted that photo, it was of course my favorite from my choices to submit but I had no idea that it would do so well. I certainly was not expecting a top 10 place.
All the nice votes and comments like yours are encouraging me to continue my work with photography and strive for better images.
I have been busy until today and have not been able to thank you earlier but I see now that Fotki is starting 2 new contests. If you decide to particitpate in one of them, I wish you good luck.

Ohh, no problem, I dont expect to win, I am not a photographer at all, and cant really compete with all those talented people on Fotki. I just wanted to share my beautiful babies with the world : ) Happy New Year!
