Hey hunzie... I just went through you profile page and I see that you're ready to transition back to naturalness. one thing I must make note of is the use of shampoo... It's a NO NO when it comes to transitioning and staying natural. You're hair throughout the transitioning period is extremely weak especially at the demarcation (where the natural hair meets the relaxed). Shampooing will only weaken your hair and cause unnecessary breakage. If you want to continue using shampoo ensure that you either dilute it so it's like one part shampoo and two part water but limit shampooing your hair to once a week hunzie.
One more thing, if you're wondering what it would be like to do the no-poo method, i must say that your hair would be softer and stronger. Use cheap conditioners like Suave or VO5 which don't have any silicons and wont clog your hair with those crappy ingredients from the more expensive brands. In addition, if you think you may need to clarify your hair and scalp every now and then I would recommend using the Baking soda rinse or the Apple Cinder Vinegar rinse. in both cases you merely add either one or even both ingredients to a bottle of water and shake until the consistency is even and then pour over your hair and massage your scalp. You can use the baking soda alone for judging from my experiences, it works wonders, making your hair clean, soft and all those things that "shampoos" are suppose to do, but never actually do.
