A bit of sad news regards Fred Martel:

Please note that Fred is no longer able to access his site. He is quite healthy physically, but the alzheimers is progressing and he does not remember much from the past 8 years or so. He seemed to enjoy the cards he received, but can't really remember much about Fotki or his friends. Sadly, there is no recovery from his illness, but rest assured he is well cared for and is quite happy in his own little world. Please remember him in your prayers!

Hi Gary:
Have had the pc down for just about two weeks and its finally up and running again...have to load everything back in...and I'm behind in my fotki so I thought I'd stop in to say hi and welcome back from sunny CA. I'll be spending Xmas in Jersey with Bill and the boys...my oldest son Frank will also be coming down w/his wife too...they will head back but I'm staying thru till around the 27th.
Anyway, I'll be back to check out your CA pics soon.
