Yes,,, I am on my journey home... It was a 2 hour flight from Saigon to Singapore and now it's 18 hours non stop to Los Angeles, Ca...
Then a mere 5 hours from CA to Philadelphia and a measley 2 hour drive home '-)))

I found your Nam albums just surfing different albums on Fotki. I like to view others work. Here is an album I put up yesterday. It will give you an idea what things looked like to me in Viet-Nam 40 years ago.

just browsed through some of you Viet-Nam albums. I was there from Sept 67 to Aug 69. Looks like a lot has changed since then. I often think about going back for a tour but, I might find the part of me that I left there. I was on a hill named Camp Carrol 17 miles north of Dong Ha about 10 miles from the DMZ. I also visited Khe San during Tet.

Greetings from Dalat, Vietnam!!! Visiting the Hill Tribe People (the Lat People of Dalat)) was an awesome experience and I got to participate in a dance with them and drink rice wine.
The weather warms as I head South and today I will depart Dalat and catch a flight to Ho Chi Mingh City (HCMC or Saigon... as many still say)
Soon I will visit the tunnels (and go in them!) that were used during the war in the 50's 60's and 70's and next day visit an orphanage.
