What is a Moo-La???

This is true and funny...

In yoga class on Thursday evening, Rebecca the yoga instructor
kept repeating the word Moo-La in relationship to the correct posture
she was looking for in the students including me, of course, the only guy
in the room.

She would say, "direct your "Moo-La" to the space between you arches,
when in a standing position. Back straight, standing up tall..."

or...

in a sitting position she would say, " move your "Moo-La" so that it is
perpendicular with the floor"

or...

in a laying down position she would say, "adjust your "Moo-La" so that it
is pointing at the wall." etc...

After about 20 minutes of this "Moo-La" stuff,,, and 10 more times of saying it,
I had to ask out load in the silence between her instructions, What is a "Moo-La"???

She laughed, chuckled a bit,,, some other ladies giggled.
Some, perhaps did not know either? Not sure...

Rebecca, after a pause, said, "your Moo-La is",,, well,,, think of it as giving birth
to a flashlight and it is where the light would point too". That will adjust your hips
to where I want them to be...

Puts a whole new meaning on... where the light don't shine... Gary

Full day of working on my son's rental property... Making headway.
Walls patched... sanding Sat AM then ready for paint!!! Chicken soup, multi grain bread and homemade Pinot Noir is gonna be just great!!!
