Hi Dmitry...thanks for the visit and nice comment. You should come up this way next spring and shoot the triathlon with me. I think it would be fun. I've been very busy the last few weeks. Lots of baseball games at the high school and races at the track at Road America. Later today I will post nearly 300 shots from the June Sprints. Do you enjoy auto racing? I don't particularly like it.....but I LOVE photographing it, especially when I know some of the drivers. You should join me sometime.

Hi Dmitry & Leila........I think you got it worse than we did in the weather department. We had about 6 inches of rain but at least it didn't come all at once and the tornadoes missed us. We had a few breaks in the weather and that allowed some of the wet to seep in the ground. The rivers are pretty high though. I've had enough rain for a while...how about you? At least the house is still standing which is more that a lot of people can say, eh? We just remodeled Janet's kitchen so that's been keeping us pretty busy. The workmen are pretty much finished and I'll post some ending photos tomorrow or the next day if you're interested in seeing the before, during and after photos.
Keep your boots handy....my weatherman says there's more rain on the way. Stay dry.

Hello Dmitry......I've spent some time looking at more of your stuff. I think we should meet at the zoo in Milwaukee some day soon and do some shooting. I'll bring along the D200 and let you play with it for fun.
Hello Dmitry.....thanks for the visit. I'm not really sure if I feel like selling the D200 or not. If the price were right, I probably would. I'd need to get $1000-$1200 for it....it's only 1 year old, in perfect condition with all the original boxes, software, cords, charger and everything plus it has the dual battery compartment with batteries which is an expensive add-on. You can get one on the Internet for less than that (without the dual battery add-on). And if you're willing to go $1000+ for a used D200, you'd be advised to spend another $800 and get a new D300, which is a much better camera. But think about it. The equinox is near...and I am ready for spring.

I have to say I especially loved your october album, those pictures were especially stunning! The currrent in that river was amazing.
