I figured you were right on the owl or you would not have named it so positively. I remember dealing with all the Northern Spotted Owl issues when I worked in the timber industry. The spotted owl was to be protected by jumping through many legal hoops set up by the ESA (endangered species act). I was surprised to soon learn that the Barred Owl was indeed a predator of the Spotted Owl and then later more surprised yet that some of them interbred and the offspring became Sparred Owls which complicated the entire issue of Whooo's Who Who Whoooooo! I like your new additions to your albums. i see you captured a hawk. That was at the zoo right? They are so hard to capture in nature. I was lucky enought to get one recently at work. He was so intent on getting food he forgot all about me. I got real close to him. I'll catch you later, Scott
