I have about 105 - but some are tiny and I'll be combining them down the line.

    Hey Soror!
Thanks for stopping by my album. I use the pink perm rods to curl my locs. I usually curl them when they are a little bit damp after taking a shower and then I wrap about 2 locs around each rod and go to sleep. In the morning, I remove them and they are curly like that for about 2-3 days. These are what the perm rods look like in case you aren't familiar: http://www.marlobeauty.com/images/P/2802B.jpg

the ones I use are a bit smaller, and they are pink. Hope this helps!

Hello, I agree we are hair twins. I have added you as a friend as well. The best advice I can give is to use authentic Shea Butter on you hair. I melt a little bit each morning and dab on my hair before I get in the shower. I have tried every other hairmoisturizer and I have found that any that has an ounce of alcohol in it...my already dry hair will be even drier by the end of the day. So I stick to my old "trusty" Raw Shea Butter. I'm in New York and get mine at the African vending stands in Harlem for about $3. I'm sure you can find it where you are.

Enjoy your journey ...it is awesome and liberating! I will post more pics soon.
