Hi Moi, I have been out of the military since 1991. I am a Department of Defense Civilian Employee so i am not governed by the military regulations. Thank God cause I probably would not go over there (war zone) if the Army ruled me. I am so happy to not be in the uniform for reasons like how I were my hair and wearing my nose ring. :-)
